I think it was when I was 16 or 17, but it’s a bit fuzzy. I remember walking down melrose and a large figure lept from the bushes in front of me. He was wielding a tire iron or maybe a lead pipe and struck me upside the chin. I blacked out and woke up in a half dug grave off the 405. Ever since that day I have taken nothing for granted. I want to show people that these things happen and to not be afraid if they do. It’s just a part of life and it’s something that should be celebrated. If you are sick or have any kind of disease please reach out to a doctor or medicine professional. If you are waking up in a half dug grave you may do the same.
